| Tranquil Heart Vineyard & Winery 
Description: Tranquil Heart Vineyard and Winery is located at the base of the snow capped San Jacinto Mountain Range. We are an Organic Winery that grows our grapes using bio-dynamic sustainable growing methods. Our water comes from the snow melt of the mountains. No herbicides or pesticides ever. Round up has never touched our land. No chemical fertilizers either. Enzymes, bacteria, and fungus is built into our soils using earthworms and products from the ocean. Seaweed and Tri-Kelp are our main source of feeding the leaves. These grapes are happy guys, reaching and turning with the sun throughout the day.
You can taste the difference. Our grapes don not taste like chemicals. We have to use virtually no sulfites because our plants fight off any badness. Our wine making methods allow the grape, sunlight, and nature to create magic. As if nature speaks for herself and simply enhances the good qualities of our farming practices.
We grow mostly Italian varieties that were perfectly matched for our unique conditions. Soils, climate, for both hot and cold temperatures of our vineyard. All varieties were chosen to grow in arid low water requirements. We chose varieties that required minimal handling, picking an non vigorous root stock, because we already grow more than most vineyard even without traditional fertilizers. No nitrogen has been added since planting. Minor elements are preferred over majors.
All food for consumption at vineyard events is grown on site using these same farming methods. You can taste the difference. Once we attune our bodies to alive food, great tasting wines, rest and relaxation, a little exercise, we realize how beautiful and blessed our lives can be. Your just have to open ourselves and allow this to be a time worth spending with family, friends, and even strangers.
