Description: Varinder and Anita, owners of Copia Vineyards and Winery, produce less than 1,000 cases of award-winning Rhône-inspired blends. He from an engineering background and she from the world of restaurants, together they came to Paso Robles to make wine one small lot at a time. Copia’s picturesque Willow Creek estate, with 20 acres under vine starting in spring 2019, offers stunning views of the rolling hills of westside Paso Robles.
Jeb Dunnuck has reported on their 2016 vintage: “… if these first releases are any indication, the future is very bright for this team.” Enjoy warm hospitality with wine and artisanal cheeses at their elegantly modern downtown tasting room. Private experiences also available upon request.
