Many of our white, rose, red, dessert and blended wines have won medals. Even though our red wines are oaked for 1 to 6 years, they do not taste overly oaked. While most wineries bottle in 12 to 18 months, aging our reds this long makes them deliciously easy-to-drink and allows us to blend different vintages making our wines more interesting and complex. 8 European winegrape varietals are grown on our 5 acre vineyard including Sauvignon blanc, Muscat of Alexandria, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Sangiovese, Zinfandel and Grenache. Some of our wines you will taste at Lenora Winery are not found anywhere else. Our guests almost always compliment the gorgeous views of the Santa Maria Valley and San Diego County from our spacious porch and indoor wine tasting room.
